While we make every effort to ensure our products are in stock, product availability is subject to change. If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives, a refund, or store credit, as applicable.

1.3 Pricing:
All product prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges, and handling fees will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping charges are not included in the product price and will be added at checkout. Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

3.3 Risk of Loss:
Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Customer once the products are handed over to the carrier for delivery. AL Raiqa Shops is not liable for any lost or damaged goods after they have been shipped.

At this time, AL Raiqa Shops only offers shipping within the UAE. If you wish to ship outside the UAE, please contact us to inquire about international shipping options.

4. Returns and Refunds
