At AL Raiqa Shops, we specialize in premium honey, chocolates, and dates. Due to the nature of food products and hygiene regulations, returns and refunds are allowed only on selected items, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility – Selected Items Only

Returns or refunds are applicable only to selected items, as clearly mentioned:

  • On the product page

  • On the invoice or receipt

  • Or confirmed by our staff at the time of purchase

Items not marked as returnable or refundable are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or consumed food items

  • Honey, chocolates, and dates once opened

  • Customized, gift-packed, or promotional items

  • Items purchased during discounts, offers, or clearance sales

3. Conditions for Return or Refund

For eligible (selected) items only, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is required

  • Item must be in resalable condition

Failure to meet these conditions will result in rejection of the return or refund request.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same item, or

  • Store credit

Cash or card refunds are issued only if the item is marked as refundable.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds (for selected refundable items only) will be processed via:

  • Original payment method, or

  • Store credit

Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.

6. Final Decision

AL Raiqa Shops reserves the final right to:

  • Approve or reject any return or refund request

  • Decide whether the resolution will be a replacement, refund, or store credit
